Hi Cpotter2093,
If your Wi-Fi option is grayed out and you’ve already tried resetting Network Settings and All Settings, here are a few additional steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Force Restart Your iPhone
Try a force restart to refresh the system:
• Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
• Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
• Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo, then release.
Once your iPhone restarts, check if Wi-Fi is available again.
2. Check for VPN or Profiles
• Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
• If you see a VPN or profile installed, try removing it and restarting your iPhone.
3. Check for Low Power Mode
• If Low Power Mode is enabled (Settings > Battery), try turning it off and see if that restores Wi-Fi.
4. Reset Network Connections Manually
• Put your iPhone in Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds, then turn it off.
• Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and see if the option is available again.
5. Check for Overheating or Hardware Issues
• If your iPhone recently got very hot, Wi-Fi may temporarily disable to protect the hardware. Let it cool down and check again.
• If the issue persists and none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact Apple Support for a possible hardware inspection.
Let me know if any of these steps help!
