Apple pay pakistan launch

Since google wallet launched in Pakistan and every android user is paying contact less its quite sure state bank of Pakistan has no restrictions for apple pay aswell when will apple users can pay contact less who paid so much for the iphone?

The bank may not have an issue but the Pakistani government might. Does Google Wallet use biometric authentication, such as Face ID to authenticate all transactions? Face ID is currently an issue in preventing Apple from introducing Apple Pay in India.
