Unable to change parental controls in Apple Music on the web

I'm trying to enable explicit songs in Apple Music, but facing some problems. Despite attempting numerous methods, I still cant't find explicit enable button in web settings

Although, I've already enabled explicit content in Screen Time on my iPhone

but I still don't have access to any explicit music (marked with 'E')

Could someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
