What does 'Family is managed by another Apple Account' mean in Family Sharing?
what dose it say family is managed by hohappleId for?? Is this normal

It means nothing actually and shows up on devices that do not use Family Sharing. If you turn Family Sharing on, you will see that message goes away. I suspect it is a bug and the message should show up when using Family Sharing and display the Organizer Apple Account, since you are not allowed to change the region when using Family Sharing. I suspect it will be resolved in an update. It does not affect functionality as you can still change the region on your device as you normally would when not using Family Sharing despite the message.
