How can I change my MacBook password if I forgot it?
I wish to change my password in my system preferences but i have forgotten my current password

Follow up question: my Mac is under a specific Apple ID which is different than the one I have on my IPhone - don't ask me why I did that at that at the start. If I log out my Mac's Apple ID and and log in to my Mac with my IPhone ID, will I be able to access all my pictures in Photos and upload them to my ICloud account?
Does logging in my Mac under different Apple ID impede any access to what is on the Mac's hard drive?
