Recycling Old Apple Card

I received a recycling mailer for my old Apple Card in my United States Postal Service mailbox with my new Apple Card. The mailer return lable looks like it is for the United Parcel Services (UPS). Does the recyling package with the old Apple Card need to be dropped of at a UPS store or can it just be dropped in any United States Postal Service Mailbox?
