How to get my ipods to connect with iTunes on window 10 computer

Non of my ipods or shuffles will connect with iTunes like they used to do for changing playlists. My computer recognizes the ipods and shuffles but nothing, no icon shows up anymore in iTunes. What happened?

why itunes doesn't recognize my device but the computer does? the computer recognizes the ipod but itunes doesn't ? Also ipod clicks and ticks when songs change or when updating or adding music to it
