tracker in final cut pro 10.6.5
I have macOS Big Sur version 11.7.10. Final Cut Pro 10.6.5. However, for some reason there is no object tracking function.

If you have FCP10.6 or later, you can use the tracking function. You should see a + mark tracker menu at the bottom of the video inspector.
Try dragging Effects: Blur: Gaussian onto the subject in the viewer. Has the tracker been added?
