iPad Air (Gen 3) 2019 model Wi-Fi issues : WPA3/WPA2-PSK mixed mode or Wi-Fi7

We have observed iPads with 802.11AC clients running ios 17.x and 18.x versions run into issues with Wi-Fi 7 access points.

From the logs on the Wi-Fi 7 Access points, it is evident that there is no wireless issue with the AP-client communication. The AP successfully accepts the client connection and provides internet for some time. After a few seconds, the client initiates the disconnect and connects back immediately, going in a loop.

Is there an Apple recommendation for School/Office deployments with multiple Wi-Fi 7 Access points running in 802.11BE mode and WPA2/WPA3 Mixed mode enabled?

What is the best way to enable Wi-Fi logs on the iPad and see what happens on the Wi-Fi client side ?
