I have an iPhone in my family. The child's account is connected to Family Access, and my wife and I can manage applications, time, and more. Recently, our phones have started to freeze when we access the child's screen time. Our phones also get very hot. We can access it with an iPad, but not always on the first try. I can access screen time without problems from the child's phone. What could be causing this?

The entire settings app may freeze. Workarounds are to hard shut the app and it may work or it might not. This happens with the upgrade to 18.3. I had an iPhone when I first did the upgrade and had the issue . I am now on an iPhone 16 Pro and having the exact same problem. Apple please fix this as this has been going on for a while and I see many other people are having the exact same issue.

Screen freezing when accessing Screen Time settings on iPhone Im trying to control my son’s screen time. Parental controls freezing on iPhone after recent updates Since the most recent updates, I’ve been having issues with parental controls on controlling my children’s phones when I go into manage their time down and so forth it freezes, and I’m not able to get into it. I am not the only parent that I know that has complained of that recently. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
