How do I fix self-muting tracks in Apple Music?

When ever I press play on a track, the track turns gray and mutes itself .. the only way I can get the track to play is by unmuting it while it’s already playing … but the moment I stop … it goes back to gray and mutes itself … I turned off read in the automation settings and it’s still doing the same thing.
