Unable to activate FaceTime on Apple M1 desktops and laptops

I cannot activate FaceTime on my Apple M1 desktops (with Ventura) or my 13.3inch laptops ( 1 with Ventura and 1 with Sonoma)

facetime not working since ios 17 update My FaceTime will work as long as WiFi is on. If I’m out at a store and want to show my family sometime on face time it will not connect. This happened right after the iOS 17 update.
