How to manage the App's 'Allow Tracking' option on MacOS ?

On iOS, you can turn on and off app-specific tracking via Settings - Apps - (Specific Apps) - Allow Tracking.

How can I manage these app-specific options on macOS? I wonder where I can turn them on and off.
