How do I remove managed Wi-Fi from my iPhone 16?

my iphone 16 has managed wifi on it and it wont let me remove it

There may be networks that your cellluar carrier has configured that you cannot remove so long as you are a customer of their service.

Check if you have any Configuration Profiles that you could remove:

A. Settings > General > VPN & Device Management (or Profiles & Device Management)

B. Look for installed profiles. These might be labeled so you would recognize what's e.g. from Work

C. Select the profile by tapping on it and then tap on "Remove Profile".

This should take care of it.
