Safari Tab Groups (v18.3.1)

After taking the time to learn how to use Safari tab groups I found them very useful. Now tab groups is completely broken. All my tab groups indicate zero (0) tabs so they appear to be empty. When I create a new one, the group name is "Untitled." I can go to "Bookmarks->Edit" and rename a tab group but the group still appears as empty. I restarted my Mac, signed in and out of iCloud and a few other community suggestions but nothing works. This appears to be another user trip-up after an update. What is wrong with you people. You break feature that work making matters worse! Does anyone believe in regression testing?
