I text someone, the text message is green, says Text message RCS on where you would type the message. I have sent a message and it also says then when it sends, and it says “delivered” under the text I sent. So that means for sure it has been delivered and I am not blocked? If I’m blocked it would not say delivered?

pick up your phone - open the phone app - and call the person directly and ask if they receive it or not.
Is delivered status in green RCS text message confirmation of delivery and not being blocked?
