How to unsubscribe from your apple music

How do I go about unsubscribinh from my apple music since i Changed my iphone to an android phone? I keep getting billed for the subscription and will like to unsubscribe from this as well as my icloud storage payment. I currently do not have access to my old iphone or any apple device.
