Missing 'Add Member' button in Family Sharing on iOS 14.6.1

The Add Member button is not present when I open Family in System Settings Version 14.6.1 (23G93)

Add Member on Family Sharing button not working I am running iOS 16.1 on an iPhone 12 max. I’m trying to add another family member to my family sharing and when I get to the part and click on the blue add button, it brings up a screen with a spinning wheel, which stays on for a couple of seconds and then disappears putting me back to the add family screen.
