Is Apple devices app and iTunes in Windows are linked because I wanted have a backup in Apple devices app and I don’t want to do it by adding another backup file, so can I can I backup in iTunes file so that I could not lose the backup file in Apple devices app

I don't actively use Apple Devices, Apple Music, or Apple TV because of their highly negative impact on iTunes (limiting it to audiobooks and podcasts). When either of the three apps are installed the device management features, including backup, are also suppressed. Given that the two distinct version of iTunes via a direct download or the Microsoft Store don't share a common backup location I'm pretty sure we can assume that Apple Devices uses a third location to store backups. If you're worried about space remove Apple Devices/Music/TV and stick with iTunes.
