How to recover deleted disks on MacBook after factory reset?

So we accidentally deleted all disks on my MacBook because I was trying to factory reset it how the gell am I supposed to get on my MacBook I would never know, I was buying it if someone and removed all disks can someone help me out please?

If you have a DMG backup of your Mac's disks before they were accidentally deleted, you can easily restore them using Disk Utility. If your MacBook won't boot, you can still access Disk Utility via macOS Recovery mode. If there was no backup, you may need to use apps like iBoysoft Data Recovery in macOS Recovery mode to recover the lost files.
