2012 iMac shuts off after showing buffering symbol

My desktop comes on and after a few moments showed the buffering symbol circling then ***** off. What do I need to get help with it’s a 2012

Bring it into a service center. The iMac may be on its last legs, but at least has service center removable storage that may be salvageable.
