No trade in return box provided.
I ordered on line a new Mac Studio and went through the trade in process. I received the delivery of the new Mac but no return packaging for old Mac trade in. Who do I contact?

How long ago did you receive the new Mac? The last time I traded, the trade box arrived a few days later. It shipped from a different location and by a different shipping method.
