Is it possible to update my MacOS Monterey version 12.7.6 to MacOS Monterey version 13?

Check this link to see if your Mac is compatible with macOS Ventura (macOS Ventura is compatible with these computers - Apple Support), or follow these steps on your Mac:
- Go to System Preferences -> Software Update
- If a new version is available, it will show up here
