I have a 2017 Mac with the 27 inch display. The details say it can be upgraded to Ventura but when I run try to download the upgrade, it says "device is up to date" and it will not upgrade it. How do I get around this.

Apple sold the iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) until June 2017, and you can only upgrade the OS on that one as far as Monterey.

My Mac will not upgrade to OS 13 (Ventura).
