Facetime calls keep crashing incoming and outgoing calls on MAC

It wasn't always like this and sometimes Facetime works but I'm increasingly doing call for work on facetime so this is quite a frustrating time. I know it's somesort of software bug that most likely happened during an update, because it used to work perfectly fine. 90% of calls I make or are incoming on mac will fail to connect

FaceTime calls won't connect--outgoing or incoming When I receive a FT call, clicking on "Accept" does not connect the call ("connecting")--or it won't ring at all. Likewise, the outgoing call is not ringing the recipient. Just updated to Ventura. I've tried logging out of FT and logging back in. I've tried rebooting the Mac. Other suggestions welcome! :-)

Cannot make a call from contacts I have a problem with making calls from Contact app in OS X. The 'FaceTime' row is grayed out (and I cannot make any call clicking to the phone shaped button in that row), but in the right side of the phone number row there is a phone button. If FaceTime app is running and I click that button FaceTime is initiating a call otherwise not. Can anyone tell me why? It is very confusing... From my previous MacBook Pro I don't have problem making calls from Contact app... Thanks in advance :)
