How do I reset my Apple Account balance?

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple support here. We cannot reset your balance here.

You can either buy something more expensive than the balance and pay the rest with a credit card, or if you don't have enough balance to cover a single item and cannot add a credit card to your account for any reason, then you need to contact Apple support directly to have them clear your balance.
