Apple Music | "Verification Failed" error.

Hi there. I have Apple Music and Apple TV in Windows, and I can't sign in. When I try to sign in, it says "Verification Failed." I uninstalled all antivirus, but the problem remains. I have read, and I think it is related to the two-step verification, but Apple doesn't allow me to turn it off after two weeks. What should I do?
