Sync local music on Iphone using apple music on Windows 11

Ok so im currently using Apple Music on Windows 11 and i cant sync my music on the computer when i plug in my Iphone.My Iphone is a 16 Pro Max and before Apple seperated all its services i used to be able to plug my phone into my computer and if Itunes is on it would recognize the device and be ready to sync to my music. Now I plug my iphone in when apple music is on and i get nothing showing on apple music that it recognized my phone or if i even have an option to sync.

When you use Apple Music for your library you are expected either to have the Apple Music subscription service, or use the Apple Devices for Windows app to manage syncing. My recommendation however is to revert to iTunes by uninstalling Apple Music/Devices/TV so that iTunes works properly again. Installing any of these three apps cripples iTunes such that it then only manages audiobooks and podcasts. With the possible exception of access to higher quality streams if you are Apple Music subscriber I have yet to find any benefit to the Apple Music for Windows app when compared to iTunes.
