How do I delete the unwanted Truecaller data from my iPhone iCloud storage?

I installed the Truecaller data on my iPhone, with latest iOS 18.3.2

After a little testing I delete the Truecaller app from the iPhone and I'm not using that app on any other device.

Looking at my iCloud storage, I noticed that some Truecaller data was still stored.

On the iPhone > Settings > iCloud > Manage Storage I selected the Truecaller data and tapped "Delete Data From iCloud". The I confirmed the deletion and accepted that data would be permanently deleted from iCloud.

However, after this the Truecaller data still shows in iCloud.

Since I deleted the Truecaller app from the device, this seems an iCloud bug.

How to delete the unwanted Truecaller data from my iCloud storage???
