I have an Apple 13promax phone. I have a bank debit card in my apple wallet that is no longer valid. How can I delete that card from my apple wallet so I can add my new bank debit card.

Cards may be stored in two separate locations on an iPhone. They can be stored in your Settings app for use with your Apple Account. The other location is the Wallet app itself. Wallet app is not in the settings app and used for Tap-To-Pay transactions at the merchants location.
