Home: Automation asks if it should shut the door - then doesn't.

I have an automation that says: lock the door when I leave the house. It used to work, but now it suddenly stopped.

I will get a popup asking if I want to run the automation (mandatory because a door is involved), when I click "run", it comes back saying "could not run automation".

When I start the scene manually, it works fine.

Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!
