How do I uninstall the ChatGPT installer on my device?

Try rebooting into and dismounting while in Safe Mode, as that starts less of the add-on apps.

Then check with ChatGPT support, as it would appear their app is somehow still tied to that installer.

If dismounting / ejecting the installer volume doesn’t work, restart macOS and try again.
