my Find My App on Iphone - Only showing location in Devices section (?)

I just add my gf to family sharing. she shared her location, i can see her location on my Mac'a Find My App but it doesn't work on my iPhone. it's showing only under Devices section as a device. on the people section it says -no location found- .

please HELP. thank you.

Find my - no location found My wife and I have been sharing location through the Find My app as family members for years. Recently my Find My app is just showing the error ‘location not found’ next to her name, despite her phone being set to share location with me. She can see my location fine. I can find my one son's iPhone on my Mac (family share), but it is no longer working on my the Find My App on my iPhone 7. It just spins trying to find the location? Find My App “no location found” Why can’t I see my spouses location on my iPhone when we have separate Apple ID’s utilizing Find My App “people” from our iPhones and we are both saying it’s allowed to share our locations under Apple ID’s as well as indefinitely on the app. We have both allowed permissions on each others iPhone and she sees my location fine but I cannot see hers?? Please help!
