Can't see the shared location with Find My (Location not Found) on iPhone but it working on Mac's Find My ?

I'm using my iPhone and Mac with same iCloud. when someone share location with me on Find My, my Find app doesn't see on the iPhone (Location not Found) but on my Mac's is working well.

than i tried to add that person as a family member and than Find My is still not sees as a location but it started to see the location under Devices section of that person on my phone.

we are in Family Sharing and location sharings is on both devices, settings are okay but,

my Find My App on Mac - Showing the location both in People & Devices

my Find My App on Iphone - Only showing location in Devices section.

i think there is no problem on receiving data, iCloud accounts and settings of location services is okay. but this is why i can't really understand.

anyone has an idea please?
