After linking my Payoneer card to Apple Pay, my balance suddenly dropped to zero.

When the cards are added to Apple Wallet, they are managed by 3 different sources, account owner (you), the bank, and Payment Network Operator (Visa, Mastercard etc.).

Apple cannot add or remove accounts. Everything is anonymous and managed by outside sources. Information is stored only on your iPhone and is not backed up to iCloud or Apple servers. If Payoneer won’t tell you, you’ll never know.

This is not Apple Support. Your Payoneer account will show where the funds were transferred. If your account doesn’t show the transfer, contact their support team.

Apple Pay transactions are anonymous to Apple. You can contact Apple Support by calling. Please use the Apple Support article I linked below to find the number in your country or region.

Thank you! I contacted Payoneer the next day, and this time they returned my balance. So it was a problem from their side indeed.

Having the same issue after linking my payoneer card with Apple wallet. Cannot even withdraw, but the statement shows the correct amount as my running balance.

Just gonna to wait and see what happens.

Did you have any solution to this issue? I have the same problem, and couldn’t find help neither in Apple, nor in Payoneer.

What is the error message you receive when trying to add the card? What country are you in?
