Hi, is there a way to connect an iPad to both hearing aids and a Bluetooth speaker so the audio plays on both devices at the same time? The hearing aids are connected through the accessibility feature, but only the person with the hearing aids can hear the sound. We want others around to hear it too.

Unfortunately no, it can only output audio to one device at a time.
I don't know which Bluetooth speaker you have, but my husband was able to find a device that hooks to our TV, allowing him to hear via his hearing aids while I am able to adjust the tv volume to my comfort level. It's a separate box. He worked with his hearing aid company to find one that would work with his brand hearing aids. Check with your company. It was a tricky set up and I'm not sure you can do it with a Bluetooth speaker. But it's worth checking.
