Why is my IOS podcasts app serving german ads

I cannot figure out how to "tell" my podcast app I don't know German! I can't find a setting to fix the issue. I'm running IOS 18.3.1 and I've googled the issue and have yet to find a solution. Help please!

Why are search results so obsessively based on your location? I am located in Italy but I where I live we speak German and just little Italian. I generally prefer the English language. The problem in the podcast search is that whenever I search for something, ALL results will be in Italian, even if the term inserted was in English. All my devices are set to English and I never ever use Italian. To find appropriate podcasts, why do I have to look them up on Google and why is this not possible in the Podcast application? Can this somehow be changed?

Application bug Hello! I have a strange bug in the Podcasts app. On the browser page, I see the podcast category instead of its name. And instead of the author, I see the period of the podcast releases and the word U8ujhn. What does it mean? Reinstalling didn't help. I am using the latest iOS 16.2. Podcast app repeating a few seconds after interruption Since the latest update this issue has started. If I listen to a podcast and it gets interrupted by an advert in another app, when it restarts (on muting the ad) it skips back a few seconds, so I hear the same thing again. It didn’t do this when I got the phone, it’s only since it last updated. How do I get it back to how it was before?

Same thing just happened to me I’m on 18.3.2. I had my vpn set to Germany for a few hours but changed it back. Actually I had changed it back before the Germans started
