Removing past Memoji from contacts

Hi! So, I made a stupid Memoji when they first came out. It was funny at the time, but now, when people receive my contact, it pops up randomly. So embarrassing because I use my phone for not only personal but also business calls. I have turned off sharing profile photos in settings, but it is still coming up randomly on new contacts phones. Is there a way to completely eliminate Memojis or Animojis from my phone or iCloud?

Disabling Contacts Posters Apple let users have an option to disable Contact Posters for callers, it’s annoying to have this bright color screen when a contact without photo is calling but is most annoying when it brings like a slam on the face, a full screen photo of a photo they have choose. Personally I am not fan of using photos for my contacts, and this option looks like an arbitrary way to have it on each one. Also is annoying to have to create a custom Poster for each one when you don’t want to have this photo showing up every time they call or I call. I know many users would love this feature but permit the another’s one choose to not use it. Thanks.

Remove Memoji from my Apple ID Hello, Is there a way to remove Memoji from my Apple ID completely? I have changed my Apple ID Profile Picture in Settings > Apple ID to a picture of my real face, but whenever I iMessage someone new and it gives me the "Share Contact?" prompt, it offers to show the other person my old, unwanted Memoji I made in 2018-2019 instead of my new profile picture. I am currently using an iPhone SE (2020 Model) on the latest iOS (currently 16.2). I have not used Animoji on my Apple ID, if it matters. Thanks in advance.
