How to restore macOS screen from inverted black and white blurry mode?

Was trying to increase the size of the letters, but instead, the letters became smaller, the screen is now a negative black and white with tiny letters in white. Was able to increase size of letters a bit, but nothing else. If I try to upload some instructions, these are superimposed on top of each other and cannot close them. A simple Undo Button wd have saved me 3 whole days and nights of trying to fix this. Unfortunately, this new technology is definitely not for the average computer user still have High sierra.

The following instructions are applicable to a Mac running High Sierra.

Accessibility Preferences is explained here: Accessibility General preferences on Mac - Apple Support

If the images on your Mac are obscured so illegibly that you can't even view that page the quick keyboard shortcut isF5

⌘ command key — the key adjacent to the space bar

⌥ option key — the key adjacent to it

F5 — the function key above the key for 5

That key combination will summon a page in which you can quickly de-select various display options that may be the cause of what you're experiencing.

If you can find no obvious cause, consider the possibility that Mac has suffered some kind of hardware fault resulting in an illegible display.

Tks for reply, but since I am not a techie ur reply is Chinese to me.

Where on this blurry barely legible page, do I find Accessibility Preferences n other Vision? Everything that I hv pressed superimposed itself on the previous. Is there a button that I take continue pressing until it takes me back to the original page? Or can u pls send me screenshot of showing where I find what u are asking me to do. These devices do marvelous things that I at my age neither want nor need. Wd appreciate your help. Thanks
