Any Certified Refurbished MBPro from Apple will come with its own power supply.

There is no guarantee you could use the power supply from a 2012 MBPro with newer models. Late models have USB-C ports, not the old Magsafe power port, and they may also require a higher wattage power supply than your 2012.

No currently available refurbished Macs use the same power supply.
