How can I use AssistiveTouch for Apple Pay transactions?
Do I have to use AssistiveTouch to confirm my Apple Pay payment to Apple when paying my bill? Because I cannot get it to work.

Am not sure how you have things set up on your iPhone
... so you may or may not need to use Assistive Touch for Apple Pay payments ...
Eg: You can customize AssistiveTouch to confirm Apple Pay payments, ,
If you haven't already done so, you may want to enable that in your settings first.
Go to Settings 
> Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
Tap Confirm with AssistiveTouch: On an iPhone with Face ID, confirm payments with Face ID by using AssistiveTouch instead of double-clicking the side button.
