Error 0xE800000A Resolved

If you receive this error and can't connect your device to itunes unplug all your ios devices from your computer, type Win+R, type: %ProgramData%, hit enter, go to the Apple folder and delete the Lockdown folder, then reboot your computer and you should be able to sync your iPhone after that once you reboot.
