I need a refund past the refund date

Hello,

I’m reaching out because a family member used one of my spare cards to make in-game purchases without my permission. The total amount spent is approximately $6,000 (though not exact), with transactions occurring between May 14th, 2024, to January 10th, 2025. I realize this is outside the typical refund period, but I did not authorize these purchases. The card used was a backup account that I hadn’t reviewed until recently.

I’ve already contacted the game’s customer service, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist. I was hoping to know if it’s still possible to receive a refund for these charges. I’m not concerned if it impacts the game; I would simply appreciate getting my money back.
