Imovie for old imac

Where can i download a version of IMovie compatible with High Sierra? I found an old post in support that had a link to an Apple iMovie update. I don't have IMovie on this computer.

So iMovie is part of iLife.

Alas the App Store has it available only for Sonoma and Sequoia.

There are many sites for Old Mac Apps. I would be very careful though as many have a large number of advertisements with phishing portals for fake virus announcements and more.

I would look into early releases of iMovie 10:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMovie

As some of the later ones were designated for Catalina and later Mac OS.

If your Mac is 2013 or later, you may want to create a separate partition with Catalina and run iMovie off that.
