Accessibility settings aren't working consistently with Talon

I'm using Talon application for voice over control, over the computer.

I've configured it to execute apple scripts. While typically the works sometimes with the same settings I start to get the following error in talon logs which prevents talon from executing my scripts

> ApplescriptErr: System Events got an error: Talon is not allowed to send keystrokes.

I have given talon accessibility control over my system. and as I've mentioned typically talon is allowed to execute these same scripts.

What other methods of troubleshooting can I use to make sure Talon has ability to run scripts.

IF I re-toggle Accessibility setting (turn accessability for Talon off/on) And then restart talon it starts working again for some time.
