Having the same issue. I've been successfully using Apple Podcast Connect to monitor my analytics for a year and was suddenly signed out and stuck in a loop with signing back in. Never getting past the sign in screen. I get the code, enter it, and it just goes back to "sign in" like it never happened. Annoying.
