Why can't I access my Apple Music profile?

A few months ago, I had to reset my iPhone. After opening Apple Music, all of my playlists were still there; however, my profile no longer appeared in top right corner. The only way I could access it was by sharing a playlist via a link and then clicking on my username under that playlist.

This playlist I created today in the app it is set as private playlist. I can’t edit my profile at all. When I view my profile via clicking username under my playlist I created, the "Edit" option is available, but when I click it, I’m prompted to create a new profile. After attempting to do so, I receive a connection error. It’s as if I’m both logged in and logged out at the same time any new public playlists I create do appear on my profile, but I can’t access the profile any other way.

I remember being able to access it a few months ago, but I’m not sure if the reset caused this issue or if something else is responsible. I’m just assuming. And I’m sure the profile in the screenshot is mine and that I’m at least partially logged in since I created the playlist today. When I share the playlist via a link and click on the user who created it, it redirects me to my profile. Also, when I click the profile icon in the top right corner, there’s nothing about any profiles.

account settings button is just iCloud account not Apple Music public profile. I was also thinking that maybe Apple added some age restrictions but I couldn’t find anything online about that.
