using activity Monitor as system running slower than expected - can see the process ozZDLtpH running under root user taking 99.9% of CPU.
Can kill the process but return after few minutes.

Both of them describe more or less the same troubleshooting techniques though, so either one will do.
It is almost certainly a rogue Launch Demon or Agent, easily identified and eradicated. The rogue process probably will not be known by that file name (they tend to be randomly generated).

Seems like you may have some malware installed. You can try running MalwareBytes to see if it can remove the malware.
If not, then you can try removing it manually by using this post by @John Galt as a guide (I cannot find the post I really wanted, but this is close):
