Unable to reset my Apple Account with "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported" error.

Hello @AppleSupport, I'm unable to reset my Apple ID password , and I keep receiving the error "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported." I can’t recover it, and I’m located in the Maldives, unable to reach support by phone. Could you please assist me? Thanks!

Hi Shaah1994. You’ve posted to a public form of other users like yourself, you have not reached Apple support.

things you can try yourself first is

make sure you’re entering the email address correctly.
Try to sign in with any VPN’s disabled
Try resetting your Apple ID password at iforgot.apple.com

if you still get the air, you will need to talk to Apple support directly, which can be done through chat or by calling a direct number for country near you from Contact Apple Support - Apple Support
