iPhone 13 Pro Max front camera grainy during FaceTime and other social media apps

My IPhone 13 Pro Max front camera is terrible it’s grainy and when I’m on socials such as Snap Instagram and TikTok it does me no favors either. Especially on FaceTime my camera make it seems like I have a android I have tried everything I don’t know what to do someone please help me out.

Selfie camera on FaceTime staying big when I’m on FaceTime with someone and I go off FaceTime onto a different app then return to FaceTime, my selfie camera preview stays big. by stays big I mean it’s the same size as when you tap the screen and your camera goes bigger. I know it’s nothing major, it is just off putting.

Camera Quality Does anyone else’s cameras blur or look fuzzy when on FaceTime, or even when trying to take a picture, because all of my cameras look fuzzy when taking pictures
